Conned When Buying Property in Jamaica
The following link is to a post written by someone who bought property here in Jamaica and apparently has fallen out so badly with the others owners in her complex that she is persona-non-grata, but continues to pay their combined water bills.

This is indeed a sad story for this individual, but the issue raised which is whether or not water charges being charged to an apartment unit are accurate or genuine is an issue that is easily resolved if approached rationally and does not in my view warrant the exaggerated headline or title "conned when buying propery in Jamaica".
