Still no phone

it is a miracle that I have internet access... as our home phone has not worked since Hurricane Dean on Aug 19th.

I wonder if there is any chance that C&W will give me my money back for the lack of service?

It seems (to this reader) that is one company which has circumvented your expertize.
C&W (using the Jamaican vernacular) .... Careless and Wutliss seems to defy the logic of good customer service/relations.
I respectfully refer you to this URL, and ask that you read their forums for some feedback on the C&W doctrine.

I'll check it out -- it's been a while since I browsed the site.

Still no service... it's almost 2 months now.
