The following link takes you to a site that is accepting nominations for the Black Web Awards, and they explicity mention Caribbean web sites as those under consideration.

while I couldn't care less about web awards, I did come across this new tit-bit which I think you should find interesting: Google (which owns blogger) has rolled out some new features including categorising posts with labels. so no more of those ghastly hacks u have on your page
